It is important to ensure that one takes care of their mental, emotional, physical, financial and social wellness as these components are vital in this hectic and fast-paced world.
For me wellness is giving in total 100% of attention and time to you the individual. Why I say that? Right across the board we as human tend to give time and attention to other things except ourselves which is the most important things that we need to do in order to forged forward in this life.
